Returns Policy

This policy explains your right of withdrawal and the procedure for returning products purchased from Trakter, in line with Greek consumer protection law (L. 2251/1994).

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, by sending us a clear statement (for example, an email to returns@trakter.com).

Return procedure

1. Email returns@trakter.com with your order number and the reason for returning.
2. Repackage the product in its original condition with all accessories and the receipt.
3. Ship it back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Refund

We will refund the order amount (including the cost of standard delivery at the cheapest option offered) within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of dispatch, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect, in which case we cover them.

Exceptions

• Made-to-order or personalised products.
• Sealed products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Products that have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Defective products

Independent of the right of withdrawal, a two-year statutory warranty applies to defective products. Contact returns@trakter.com for repair, replacement or refund.
